Description
4-Methylpentedrone (also known as 4-MPD and 4-Methyl-α-methylamino-valerophenone), is a stimulant drug of the cathinone class. It is a higher homologue of 4-Methylmethcathinone (Mephedrone) and 4-Methylbuphedrone (4-MeMABP), and the p-Methyl analogue of Pentedrone. The substance is in the form of hydrochloride.

Subjective effects
4-MPD is at least described as a fairly strong uppend and party suitable. Often it is treated with amphetamine, 2-FA, 2-MMC & co. compared and associated with strong euphoria. Even a slightly empathogenic / entactogenic component should be present, but this is not comparable to MDMA, methylone, MDAI, mephedrone or 3-MMC.
