How do we deliver

Different products ship from different facilities. You will see the courier in the shopping basket depending on the product you selected. Currently the main depot in Europe has access to DHL Express and the others to EMS postal. Typical delivery times are not a guarantee, especially with postal services that can have delays in their networks from time to time. DHL Express 3 to 5 days EMS 7 to 10 days.

Parcels will be sent in plain and unmarked packaging to assure security and privacy.

How do you pay for your order

RC-Heaven accepts SEPA bank transfer. We also accept Cash in advance via mailservice and we accept Bitcoin-Transfers. For your peace of mind, bank transfer information is not stored on our server longer than fulfillment of your order.

If you are uneasy about the payment forms you can contact our support and ask for another payment form of your choice. Cash on delivery we do not offer.

Returns

Please note that in the interest of fair prices and safety, we are unable to provide a return or refund unless you can prove that our products delivered to you are damaged or incorrect.

If you suspect that we have sent you an incorrect order, please contact us within 24 hours after receiving the goods by mail with a sharp photo of the goods. Our support will help you to check the problem and provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to return the product. You can then choose to either have the correct product re-delivered at our cost or receive a full refund.

Where we ship to

Delivering to Europe including the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, China, Japan and in fact a total of 41 countries now. All prices are in EUR and delivery will be calculated on checkout. Contact us if your country isn't listed. We do not ship to US!

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, but never the visitor’s IP address or browser user agent string.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website. The same applies to sending files to us via email

Contact forms

We collect the data shown in the contact form plus the associated order number or account number.

Cookies

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select "Remember Me", your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

How long we retain your data

For users that register on our website, we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

The order history will be deleted on request (email support). All orders older than 30 days will be deleted automatically.

How we protect your data

the entire traffic in the shop from the order to the shipping information is encrypted. The 256bit SSL Certificate provides secure, encrypted communications between our website and your internet browser. The email traffic is not encrypted. Keep this in mind when communicating with us.
